HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR XYZ?
We view each project individually therefore, our treatment for each project will be tailored to make it the best possible.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BTS VIDEO FILMED AT THE SHOOT?
The behind-the-scenes (BTS) video that is recorded by TBV Productions will be documented and uploaded exclusively to the TBV Productions YouTube channel.
The content created is not shared and remains exclusive to TBV Productions.
HOW DO REVISIONS WORK?
For any project that we do, we offer two free revisions of the project. After the revised versions has been delivered, the next version will be paid.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH A MUSIC VIDEO?
This heavily depends on the project we are undertaking. Naturally, if the music video took multiple days to shoot, it will take longer. Furthermore, the video may take longer to edit due to the complexity of the concept.
Typically, turnover for a music video can range from 1-3 weeks.
CAN PREVIEWS BE SENT?
We do not send previews of the final project even with watermarks. We are happy to discuss how things are being put together during the creation phase but when a project is completed, payment must be made in full before RELEASE.
HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED FOR A DEPOSIT?
For every project we take on, we take a 50% deposit. This needs to be made 7 days before the due date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
CAN YOU SHARE RAW FILES?
PRIOR TO INITIATING THE PROJECT, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO NOTE THAT WE GENERALLY DO NOT SHARE RAW FILES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS EXPRESSLY DISCUSSED BEFOREHAND. IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS A NEED TO SHARE RAW FILES, A CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE. IT IS ADVISABLE TO ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS OR REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO RAW FILE SHARING IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE CLARITY AND FACILITATE A SMOOTH PROJECT WORKFLOW.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS OF SHOOTING?
In short, yes! We bring our best to each shoot and each additional day with our specialist skills and expertise will need to be accounted for.
WHY DO YOU DO CONTRACTS?
We do contracts to confirm everything that has been discussed whether that may be verbally or through text.
This way, there cannot be any discrepancies about the details of the project. Once the contract is signed by both parties, the agreement is final and any amendments will require a new contract to be formed.
This is to protect both parties and to set expectations.
CAN WE HAVE A MUSIC VIDEO FOR OUR CHANNEL?
All music videos that are recorded by TBV Productions will be uploaded exclusively to the TBV Productions YouTube channel. We do not film any music videos outside our channel.
